His name is technically "I'm Black," which isn't racist at all. So it would be an unfair vote, and previous bans stack on each other, so that is why it is at two weeks.

Soy negro's direct translation is I am black. Nowhere does that saying insult any race.

While it's true that some racism gets missed on skial servers, i don't think Skial admins have the time to troll through chat logs and ban every person who has ever said an insult just because some people are butt hurt over their own ban.

Come to think of it, I have yet to see a Ban Appeal where the person just accepted he did something wrong without them pointing the finger to other people.
I mean, grow up, this isn't a school playground where you scream "but he did it too miss!"
