Get rid of the dickery? sure why not, not to mention it'll make things fair/easier to whomever still needs to kill him

It might be a little annoying if you had to vote every time he spawned, how'd it work out?

+1 maybe there should be vote but either way it's a neat feature. Only takes away the experience if your fighting your friend (or other team) but if we can kill each other the boss will die quicker because everyone will fight it. so either way I guess +1.
 
I think it would be the best if you could only enable it through !votemenu but I'm not against the idea.
 
I enjoyed this, even though I had killed Merasumus. At very least I could tactically position mah Spah and at best no one was crying about how it was 5 days into the Event and they still hadnt killed him. Im guessing it was on a Skial Server as thats what I usually play but it may have been Railbait. Not sure; I did venture out of my comfy zone during the event.
