-Closed- Halp TF2 startup problem

Every time(tried like 10 times) I try starting tf2 up this pops up and my tf2 won't load halp pls :S

Close out of steam entirely. Ctrl+Alt+Delete and check to make sure there are no Steam.exe or GameOverlayUI.exe still running. Then start steam again.
