Why does it seem TF2 players hate all other gamers?

It really is pretty simple, they're doing it to annoy you and the fact you make a thread like this prove it succeeded, kids who react terribly when someone insults their skill in video games, or taste in something are fun to fuck with, and people do it all the time.

As for all the hate on CoD, someone said above it's mainly because it attracts a younger generation, you throw in the fact that it's hardcore consolized (Yes I invented a word, fuck you.) and PC gamers will hate simply for that reason. Not to mention talking about liking CoD in a completely different game is like talking about how much you like Nicki Minaj at a Metallica concert - people are going to trash you.
