Well according to him he's willing to buy it for 8 items (read noobsayhi's post) if your following standard price. Strange machina isn't any cheaper then 15-20 ref being the most expensive strange in the game. strange ambassador is worth 2 reclaimed. strange backburner is 1 refined.
