I'm sure there is a collector for every level out there.... So that makes every level worth more? I don't think it is worth more though. It is just a number, people buy the hats because they like the way it looks not for the numbers.
Only some levels are collector levels: 99, 100 42 and 69. Maybe they arent worth more to you but to collectors they are.
It's worth a try, i have a better chance of finding a collector when i post my trade on both skial and outpost.
