Buying/owning Rome Total War: Gold Edition gets you the Genuine K-9 Mane. It was 1$ yesterday, now its 7.49$

They haven't specified what game gets you the Cape. My guess is its Medieval 2: Total War

What I'm trying to say is that there's no 1 game you can buy to get the cape...yet!
Today they announced that this game http://store.steampowered.com/app/34030/ Gets you the medic and the Sniper Items.
They haven't said what game you need for the cape...

If I had to guess I'd say its this game http://store.steampowered.com/app/4700/ but don't hold me to that
