Declined Ban People for Using a Clan Tag without Permission and with Malicious Intent

Thats fine.
I'm talking about knowingly changing their name to include the clan tag.
And then proceed to make a fool of himself on a server.
And in that thread i have sufficient evidence that they have done that.

They were being continually malicious and creating a bad atmosphere on the server. They have been doing this on and off for a few weeks now and more regularly recently. The Bearded Kermit seems to have a problem with the fact that we are in a clan together, I'm not sure why. He goes out of his way to grief us, if we go onto our regular server and ignore him, he would try to pick on us and attempt to rally people against us and his griefing ranges from immature snide remarks on mic (did I mention that he micspams) or in chat to full-blown smearing of us. Now him and a Steam friend of his are wearing our clan tag, going onto our regular server, impersonating us (it's even worse that they're awful players) and also attempting some sort of PPP smear campaign. Perhaps some sort of warning could be issued to his case personally? I know you can't ban someone for being a complete asshole but surely this counts at least as mild griefing?
As for the same clan tag thing, the Steam Community is made so that when you create a group, you are required to create an abbreviation or "tag" for the group. It is also made so that no two groups can have the same tag. Therefore, it is impossible to have an official clan/group with the same tag as us.

That is true. I personally don't mind if other people have [PPP] in their name because they are some sort of Steam group which couldn't take the tag because of lack of availabilty. However, The Bearded Kermit is using our tag for malicious intent which is a problem because he is creating a bad reputation for us. I love my clan and I just want to see something be done about a griefer who is attacking us.

This isn't a ban for the whole clan....
It to ban people who use a clan tag without that clans permission and then use that clan tag in a malicious way.
EG they are not part of the clan
