People who screw around throwing offensive insults such as these aren't likely going to be even considered, even though it isn't idiosyncratic within online gaming culture. I don't care that much if you throw insults around, as long as you can do your job properly. Considering that one of the rules includes no slurs involving sexual orientation I'm not entirely sure if I would want this admin. It's my opinion, backed up by maybe one or two facts.
