Map creator has ownership. If the map owner accepted an agreement before making the map, then his argument is a bit valid, but it's a community and not a company so he can't just say that as the owner of the community own everything his members create. Also, unless Bottiger hacked into his server and stole the file, then we're not liable for anything

EDIT: As a note, this is what happens when we try to run custom modes, vsh and dr have brought nothing to this community except 12 year olds and idiots.

I already told hinehine we would remove it if the servers more populated than ours removed it. It was nearly a month after all the other deathrun servers were using it that players told me to upload the map.

You can't file a DMCA notice if you are not the author, and no terms of use were given when it was downloaded.
