Not literally, it's just that she's a spoiled, dumb brat. She spent fucking 4500 dollars on car lessons because she got sad over a guy that died of narcotics whom she barely knew. She also does jackshit but lie around watching TV and eating shit and then gets pissed when you joke about her being fat. Mom bought her her own apartment because she just wanted to get rid of her because she's a lazy, unappreciative bitch who only wants to cause drama to get attention.
