Maybe ban hardcore porn sprays? Girls in bikinis/underwear is okay because you generally see stuff like that everyday. But a few times, I walk out of spawn to see a spray of a close-up shot of genitalia. Man, I came onto this server to kill people, not see that sorta crap.

My usual policy is that if the majority of the server complains I'll remove a spray. I won't ban unless the sprayer keeps spraying, at which point that player is ignoring their team to spray and that would be griefing. Even then I'd only give 30 minutes.
