When you finish a map, you get a random item most of the time its a weapon, the crossbow on the right was my ticket's reward, engi hat was surplus reward. Hats are rarer rewards than weapons. After a tour of duty badge is completed by finishing all 6 missions, you get a Botkiller wep, if you're lucky itll be golden.
The fact I got a hat is one of the reasons I was celebrating.
