I have been Banned by "Doctor Who" for Voteban misuse. Is it really a misuse when EXACTLY 100% of the server wanted someone gone a few times? I would like to think not. Otherwise I would not have attempted to kick someone that everyone wanted off the server. I have many people from that server that night (on my friends list) that will gladly step up and help me on this one. Thank you for your time.

If 100% of the server wanted this guy gone then you would've been incapable of vote abuse (meaning multiple votes against the same person). I think you need to work on your math, son.
 
I swear to god the vote said that the vote had passed with 100% meaning the guy being kicked DID vote yes. Trololol. The other 2 times said 90% Also when I said 100% I mean EVERYONE "else". Sorry I wasn't exact.
 
Im one of zeyks friends, and was playing during this, one vote DID in fact go for 100%. (23 votes total) so the guy that the vote was being called did not vote. Zeyk wasnt trying to be a asshole everyone was being fun and he was trying to keep it going. He did what was best for the group he wasnt trying to be a jerk.
 
Also we gave multiply warnings that it would happen if he didnt stop what he was doing! like atleast 10 or so he did not listen and was ruining everyone elses fun so how exactly is Zeyk doing a bad thing if he was helping everyone else
 
yes he did 3 votes and they ALL passed just one of them happened to be 100%
 
It wasn't just me who wanted him gone. EVERYONE wanted him gone. Does it matter if the 99% of the server wants someone gone? If it does matter everyone was playing a friendly game of melee only and these people were not following instructions that about 20 of us set. We all agreed to do and we gave them all at least a 10 min warning..... new people who joined and caught one did what everyone on the server wanted and so they stayed and were happy. Once the majority of the server did not want to melee anymore we all stopped at the same time and went back to normal gameplay. I am sorry if I had really broken some kind of rule I did not notice... I just assumed that votekicking feature was there to kick someone that no one else wanted on the server.

there is no rule for melee only, the vote ban is unjustified and as the person who called it, you took the blame and got the ban because that is misuse of the voteban
 
I understand why I took the blame. I just assumed that the votekick feature was there to kick someone whom the majority of the server did not want there. Like I said before I am sorry if I am just wasting your all's time. I will gladly wait the 2 days and learn my lesson not to ever use that feature on skial servers ever again.

You can use it, just not for reasons like this. If someone didn't want to dick around, he doesn't deserve to be kicked.
