Need Supporters Remove Cowmangler from DR

I just finished banning two people for this, Apparently a charge cowmangler shot can shoot through the walls on certain maps, Burn Hale, And activate his trap button. I tested it and only the Cowmangler seems to be able to do this.
Please remove.

It's just the Cowmangler from what I've seen, but rocket jumping out of traps is slowly annoying me.

Ahhhh, yea now I remember. But normal rockets can't shoot through walls and hurt Hale AND trigger traps.

Oh they can. Saw someone shooting rockets at the wall. It damaged Hale.

last time i checked any type of explosive weapon can activate the spike trap in horrors

yea, horrors_prefinal doesn't have a team_activator filter (or thick enough walls as far as the spike trap button is concerned)
