Somewhat Threatening Sniper
I was banned on February 15th 2012 for playing on a banned ip, I had no idea why it was banned so I stopped playing on skial servers because I didn't know what to do. I am now making this ban appeal because one of my friends really likes the skial community and he would like me to play with him, so I investigated the ban and found out it was my friends account who got my ip banned for using aimbot. So I am hoping that I can get this sorted out and I can get my ip unbanned and play on the servers again

I will provide the steam Ids of mine and my friends steam ids

His: STEAM_0:1:48564809

His steam profile was an alt account of mine, but he took it over and plays on it now, I know it sounds bad and I would like to know how I could prove we are 2 different people
 
It's called don't let him on with an Aimbot. But I'm pretty sure some of the mods can help you out.
 
I think you need to explain how he was using your ip with his steam account.
 
Well it might help if you had both of you on a voice chat with one of the senior mods, And have him admit it was him on an alt and not you doing it. Because to be honest you could just make an alt, and pretend to be your "friend" and confess by pretending to be him even though it was you. Now I'm not saying you are, but it's something we have to consider.

The ban was by smac (source mod anti cheat) and both steam id's banned are the ones you claim are yours, and now you just admitted it was you that got banned yesterday, this leads me to think there is a hole in your story somewhere.

I'm his friend, I'll help him a little. He was banned on gent for an illegal spray, he was doing the porn spray and waiting with the c&d. It was a dumb move on his part. Also if it helps, I can confirm that it was his friend aimbotting
