If they got reported then someone would get on it in a minute. If something gets reported at 3AM CST, that would probably not be the case. We don't need to have an admin on every server at every single time of the day.

Thats actually a very good point, however I (a user) would rather play the game, then to report 6 people a day.

When we didn't we had TONS of junk reports. Like every 1 report in 10 used to be good. So having two people corroborate lessened that.
 
In that case, I think we need more admins watching the server then. :)

And is this some kinda test of patience? Its been a/ 2 weeks :o
 
Step 1: Search for the Skial Admins group in Steam
Step 2: ADD EVERYONE ON THAT LIST, THEY WILL NOT DECLINE YOUR INVITATION
Step 3: Open friends list if there is a Friendly Hale
Step 4: Message one and say, "Hey Admin, can you come here and ban this guy?"
Step 5: Your application is irrelevant

2) I would consider if I knew them a bit more

4) You mean like just putting a report here? I would like to know a bit more about them before I add them to my friends list
5) My application is a bit more thought out then some of the others out there. I want to be an admin because I want to help a near unmoderated server.
You saying this post is irrelevant is saying this has no purpose, when it clearly does. SOME people just want it to help a server that is already moderated decently enough. Saxton Hale is NOT.
 
not to start a fight or detract from your application, because I always yell at people for doing that - but I still can't help but explain to you that there are a lot of applications from a lot of competent people, for servers that are "near unmoderated." Isil phrased it improperly but it's the truth, add an admin or two to your friends list, they act fast - I've never had a massive issue an admin couldn't resolve.

My other suggestion is just remain patient and bump the app every few days if you feel it's being ignored...harping on it and insulting other admin applications doesn't make you look good.

No applications are ever quick. I think it's because Bott's a slow thinker. He's always being all rargleflarg with me on Steam and it makes me question whether he's a card short of a full deck or a few cards too high.

I jest, though. He gives this shit some deep thought. A hastily made decision is scarcely ever a good one, and he couldn't have made this group as big as it is had he not been entirely sensible about things.

I personally don't think he's gonna make you an admin. There are other much more prominent members of the group that deserve more attention and authority than even myself, and I'm the manliest person ever so that's saying something. Does this mean anyone thinks you're immature, useless, insert negative quality here? No, not at all. I'm pretty sure everyone here thinks you're a pretty cool guy.

That said, don't let not getting admin get your spirits down. Continue sending reports and being a valuable member of the community, and perhaps next time around you'll be able to ban whomever as the incident is happening.
 
There are a lot more people with more time on Skial servers that are just as good as you...

Yea, I don't plan to stop playing skial servers if I were to be declined. I will respect his decision.
