Is that they put the answer exactly as it's written in that thread. Shows that they pay attention, and if they don't answer it exactly as it is, they don't pay attention and shouldn't get admin.
But that's just my opinion.

The question specifically emphasizes that SteamID should be banned. But you are right though - I'm not an admin, so I'm out.

it's obvious that Kimmik also have no programming experience at all (html, php, css, etc).
that is not required for admins, but it teach you to be exact.
