Unusual's

Don't really know about effects, but Flipped Trilbys for example are pretty cheap and the hat itself looks nice.

$10-$15 would be ~6-10 Keys unfortunately, at which is very hard to get any unusual.

The only option that would be left over would be a heavy hat, And if i would decide to re-sell it i can pay extra to just sell it for less, At least that is what i think, Have heard, Mongolian as a simple example.
 
$10 to $15 dollars is no where nearly enough to buy a good Unusual. I don't even think that's enough for a TF Logo Copper's Hard Top, and that thing is cancer.

Your budget doesn't really permit for a "good" unusual, or an unusual that you can sell if you no longer want it.

Since the budget is only a few keys higher then a bill tops, I just want to know what i could get for it.
 
I'm pretty sure basically ALL unusuals are worth a buds or more. Except the hat that gives you herpes.
