abusive voting

recently i was muted and gaged on the orange x3 100% crits server. The reason for such action i belive to be abuse. There was another gentalman on the server belived to be hacking, they tried 3 times to voteban him. none suceeded. all the time i and a few other gentalman tried to defend the "hacker". I spectated the "hacker" for about 5 min and there was no screen jerking, no shooting cloaked spies and he missed more than 50% of his shots. For there all the gentalmen (myself included) who tried to defend the supposed hacker both through chat and voip were all muted and gaged. And then with no defence, the "hacker" was votebanned. Oh and did i mention that all the voting was started by one user who was obviously annoyed by being killed by the hacker and wanted him gone. I'm not asking for much, just to un-mute me. if i'm being a massive dumbass and all i have to do is leave and rejoin then please. inform me on my dumbassery
 
Eh, I can't find you on HLstats. Could you post your Steam profile?
 
ass far as i know, this post isn't going anywhere, if you were muted it was probably for a reasen. If not, you realy have to bring some evidence, like a screenshot or a demo. Also, it would work if you posted some steam id's, about you, the hacker and votespammers. And after all, the votemute and ban are just for 30 minutes.

yes thats me, i was using voip mostly for the past few days and i was just muted like and hour and a half ago
 
By the way, could you be able to take a look at who votemuted you? I'll see if he's been abusing votes.
 
he had some really random name with lots of caps, so sorry, but i don't remember it. should have written it down

And are you seriously being asked to get unmuted? It only last half an hour.

it's okay, just get a screen shot the next time someone spams votemenus. It should say who called the vote when the menu is still active. (Right? I'm remembering correctly right?)

No one really spammed him with votes, there was a lot of votespam for the "hacker" though. Without having been there and since he was using voice, there's really no way to confirm that he was undeserving of the mute.
