im a regular on cp_orange_x3_fix @ 46.21.154.186:27015 (US9)

2 things that trouble me. first is the flying object settings are constantly being fucked with. (sticky bomb's grenades) most of the regular demo's in the server can't stand this. i'm assuming one of the admins comes in and changes the settings for his pleasure then never changes it back before he leaves. but im not sure. if its a perm thing, please change it back to how it used to be.

2ndly only when i play on this server i get this error spamming my console 100 times a second

First, the orange server is regarded as a serious server; there's not an admin alive that would go in there and fuck around for their own fun. Second, assuming that's possible to configure without some special plugin, it's not something a regular admin would have access to.

I can agree with the spammed console, that's something that's been around for a little while, but it's not something so serious that it warrants immediate attention.
 
Do you mean that the projectiles actually change gravity constantly or do you mean that the gravity on the cp_orange server isn't the same as on normal maps?

As for your error, it's a texture error, whether it's a server or user problem I don't know, so try deleting the map from your TF2 folder and redownloading it and see if that works.
 
@ OakyTree, i honestly assumed someone had the ability to change the objects settings on the fly. because 1 day it will be normal the next it will be changed. this problem needs to be addressed asap.

@ Tomatketchup, no, the objects are 100% not the same then any other map or server. but it was set to a certain settings, i'm assuming like 50% gravity. and now its set to i would say 20% gravity. you throw an object and it could basically fly across the map with ease.

go on the server and test it out. a demo can basically run the server at those settings with sticky bombs if hes good enough

@ the problem with console. its only on this server it happens, and if it causing me to lag in any way, i'd like to know how to fix it. because something looping in my console a hundred times a second can't be good. lol

It's likely a valve problem, not ours.

Redownloaded the map, I'm still getting "CMaterial: PrecacheVars: error loading vmt file for /marvin"

Not seeing any performance issues due to it though.

Model '(null)' doesn't have attachment 'backblast' to attach particle system 'rocketbackblast' to.
 
I see these errors all the time on custom maps. Usually it doesn't affect gameplay. Bott would be the only one that could change those settings, but it might just be a problem with the map or TF2 issue.

Did you verify game cache?
 
The only other thing I can think of is that you have custom skins for the map from some other orange server.
