Time Zone: EST. Free whenever. Mainly around 1 P.M.-12 A.M.
Admin Experience: I've been an Admin and server owner on my own Minecraft Server and other Servers. (If that's what you are asking.)

Will you get mad if you lose admin: No. I've lost my admin rights before for newbly people actions, that I took the wrap for, and never argued. I'm good.

Additional Information: I'm 17, almost, 18. I've had experience with internet trolls, children, and plain asses and can handle whatever comes my way. I just want to stop the massive griefing that is going on with the second server stated above. This has gotten so bad that I've seen games that would've been over in a few minutes last a half an hour because Engineers get trapped, which is fine at first because someone might win and teleport them to the humiliation room or mini-game room, however, most of the time everyone but them dies and they do not want to kill themselves and there are no admins and the ban vote is to high even though only two or three people voted no they still stay alive. Just please let me have at least enough power to invoke a kick for a minute or two to discourage such actions. P.S. Sorry for the wall of text, just had to get my reasons for such an application across.
 
Only three days connection time, and little to no reputation among the community and the current admin team.
I'm going to hold my support for you until you can explain to me why you think we would be doing good by giving you the ability to hand out bans, especially for someone whose sole reason for applying is to kick people he doesn't like, instead of a desire to help with handling as many servers as we host.

Couldn't concur more with Cylosis, play more - be more pleasant in game and get to know regulars.
 
I would also recommend adding some of the skial admins (who you can find here: http://steamcommunity.com/groups/skial-admins) and sending them a message when you see people griefing, hacking, or generally breaking the rules in servers. The admin team here at skial is generally very responsive and more than willing to come and do what they can to improve play.
 
Most of your guy's statements are true. The last app before me the player only had I believe 4 days. I am a mic person and whenever I use chat it's when i'm at home and on the weekdays so yeah not that many competent people are on half the time. No, my favorite word is fuck but I try to keep my cool and some may say I rage...XD I don't my voice just sounds like that. If I have to prove myself on the forums and talk to admins to stop this constant grief then what the hell i'll gladly do it. Thanks for the supportive criticism.

And thank you for being civil. Most people don't take well to their applications getting thrown in their faces.

You'll find I'm far from most people. Thank you, as well, for welcoming me to the forum I've been on many and hope to repost my next app in a month or two after I grow accustomed to this forum. :D
 
Or he couldve read/watched anything by AcesGamer and looked at the comments and witnessed the many declarations of love from small children, teenage boys and illiterate grown men.
 
I played a bit with him on the Texas Death Run server and before he learned I was an admin, he did show concern for cheating in the dr_office minigame (he was happy to learn that the map creator is aware of it), as well as dead players spectating Hale and reporting which doors were safe (the two sets of double-doors in the same map)

as he said, he mainly chats using voice, and I've never heard him being less than civil.

once he gets enough playtime/forumtime for his app to be considered, chalk up a +1 from me
