Don't think I've given anybody a 'Dumb' lately, so I just noticed this.
Also on the Remote Downloading thing, it seems pretty cool but doubt it'll be of any use to me.
You've got to attack the "dumb" rating from the right to get it otherwise you get nothing!

I don't get this feature.
If there's one thing I wish they tried to develop more in Steam is the community tab. I like the forum design Skial has and I'm certain some features could be inserted into Steam profiles and groups. Also, it looks totally '00s, come on, we're in the '10s now, time to modernisize (or whatever it's called).

I'm pretty sure it's got something to do with the confusing rating no longer having the label confusing, or any label for that matter. It's just an icon. I've been avoiding rolling over the confusing icon just so I can dumb spam Santorum. Nothing can stop my wrath.
