Bump, should he still be interested.

Ruelel has put in tremendous effort to help the administrative staff of this community. Within seconds of a report being posted, he shoots it over to an admin. He's on-server and trust-worthy. On 2fort the other day, he was there for me the whole time to tell me what was going on, since I was dealing with stuff outside of TF2 and was alt-tabbing based on his messages.
He knows the rules, he's a long-standing regular, and responsible.

Although I really feel like he should try to be less hostile towards the community (randomly calling Genocide a cry-baby and things like that), he is responsible enough to have that be a trivial factor.

It's truly interesting to see all the jackasses that used to hang here. And you people complain about it being horrible in Skial today?
 
I think you don't really need to be more older for being smart.
Ruelel is nice person and he is smart that is important.
