I bought some flyff penya from flyffgoods.com
But they want me to verify give credit card photos where do i live and etc.
And they aren't giving me refund i think i should open dispute since i'm lack of english i need help.
Please help me

but, if they need to verify your credit card, it means they cant have taken any money yet, so there is no money to refund.

I've had to do this before as well. What I did was send them a picture of my photo id that I had removed a majority of the information that I didn't want to share with them (info they would not have already had, I left my address and name etc.) and I told them they could take what I'd given them and be happy, or they could refund my purchase.

Ultimately if you follow the others advice and they still won't give a refund, call your credit card company and do a charge back. You'll get your money and the credit card company will go after flyffgoods themselves. However if you do this, expect your account to be shut down at flyffgoods, companies don't tend to like charge backs.

Okay ,
I chargebacked since they told we can refund but we must ask our manager wait some time.
I really wont make any other purchase from them i will tell you what happened :)
