Do you have any proof of this scam? Any screenshots from your trade window, Steam chat, PayPal, or Steam trade history? If you can prove that he scammed you, I'll take care of it for you, but otherwise there's nothing we can do without proof.

Do you have a screenshot showing the actual trade now? Without the evidence of a trade, the PayPal screenshot could be for anything.

I also report it to steam because {SecretMars} got over 20 games...
A little ban could satisfy me alot :p

In short, steam suggest me to report the player from his Steam profile page and recommend me to do not trade real money !
