Approved anti votereport abuse for idle server spawncamp

I think it would cut down a huge portion of report abuse if they made it so that if you report someone for spawncamping on idle, you permanently get stripped of your weapons while on said idle server. The reports would probably die off DRASTICALLY FAST.

I don't go on the idle servers but theres always THAT person who would be racist on an idle and/or trade server

I just blocked any reports with "spawn(optional space)(camp or kill)" in the reason.
