How so? Your C/O is 5 Keys, and Rvsz offer of 2 Keys + 8 Ref alone is more than 5 Keys. (Seeing as you can easily buy keys at 2.55 Ref each, and if you consider keys to be 2.66 Ref each, that would still be more than 5 Keys. On top of that, he's offering a nicely painted hat)
