Need Supporters Friendly Fire on Custom Maps

I was in custom maps ny and yea, somehow there was friendly fire. Also, There was no friendly fire vote option, so it couldn't be turned off. I don't have any team shots, but Risen got the main team killer out.

Red was able to kill a Red, Blue was able to kill a Blue team members..

Aka, Let's Say that we're in-game, both of us are red. I can kill u even though ur on my team.

I never specified friend fire. It it was on, then it was either embedded in the map or the tf2ware isn't unloading properly.

What map was it? Was it tf2ware? there are some deathmatch maps thrown in there, as well, which have FF.
