Declined SV_pure 0 on Valvemaps (US24)?

I wanna play with my friend who uses skins but he's refusing to remove them and it won't work right because of the sv_pure...

Maybe disable so there's more accessibility for people? :3

no it wouldn't. us21 is sv_pure 1.
also a lot of the NY servers are sv_pure 0 and i think the Texas servers are also pure 0

sv_pure 0 allows wallhacks.

We are not going to have that on our vanilla servers.

Can we please have Sv_pure 0 on every server? I spoke of this issue in another suggestions thread and said that my custom sounds and skins were disabled on only some of your servers.
It is VERY obnoxious to hear that horrible beepy / crackling noise when you have a custom sound on and Sv_pure is set to 1.
(Also, I found that most of my crashes are caused by custom sounds / skins trying to be active, but not being able to be activated.)
