riddles thread

Heres one, its no so much a riddle, but to see if you can think outside the box...
You're on your way to work on day in your car, when you see an old lady collapsed at the bus stop, she is with her son, you get out of the car and see if you can help, the son begs and pleads with you to help and to take her to hospital. All of a sudden, you notice sitting at the bus stop, the person you met on holiday 3 months earlier, you had fallen in love with this person and them with you, seeing them again brings back so many wonderful feelings, you know that if you do not stop and talk to them now, they may be gone again, and this time could be forever, if you don't take the old lady to hospital, you may feel guilty for the rest of your life.
If you are torn between taking the woman to hospital and staying to talk to the love of your life, what would you do?

is there room for the love of your life to be in the car while you take the woman to the hospital?

Old people are gonna die anyways. Onwards with the lover!

So a man and his son were driving in the highway. A drunk driver ran into them.
Unfortunately, the father did not survive, but his son did, but with serious injuries.
Once he was sent to the hospital, the surgeon said:
"I can't operate on him, he's my son"
How is this possible?

the surgeon was the grandfather who was getting ready to operate on his son's dead body.
