water and smoothies
Can't drink water without any flavoring and using a little doesn't work.

I make about a smoothie a day, they're too messy and it takes too long for me to just make one every time I'm thirsty.

This is what I use to make them:
  • Orange Juice
  • Ice
  • Orange Slices
  • Blue Berries
  • Black Berries
  • Raspberries
  • Banana
  • Sometimes apple/pineapple

I really don't understand people who don't like water. I've met them before I just don't get it. Nothing is more refreshing or tastes as pleasant and clean as a glass of pure water.

Also, I've just started getting into smoothie making again myself. Got a Vitamix on order and can't wait to get started.

I've heard its a really good idea to add vegetables into your regular fruit smoothies... Kale is supposed to be the best nutritional wise. People really don't eat enough green leafy vegetables and I guess the sweetness of the fruit helps mask the veggie taste if you don't like it.

banana, apple, peach, kiwi, strawberries, orange, walnuts, peanut butter i just drink it before workouts
 
I might give it a try, I don't really like green veggies but if I can mask the flavor I'm good to go.

Try soda water. It's just carbonated water, but it "feels" different. It's not bad, and is perfectly healthy for you.

When im thirsty nothing tastes as good as water.

My mom makes awesome mango bubble tea during the summer. Too young for alcohol, but I don't plan on ever drinking anyways.
