I just realized that this doesn't exist. I wanted to check somebody's stats just now, and realized I would have to go through the trouble of opening their Steam profile, copying their SteamID, pasting it into the HLStats page, and waiting for all of these pages to load before I can check out somebody's stats.

I'd imagine a simple link to a HLStats search for somebody's SteamID would be a simple addition, no?

stats dont mean shit. only good part of hlstatsx is the chatlog and the fact that it logs your time

A spy dies 40 times to help his team take down the turtle-heavy 8 engineers on dustbowl.
More valuable than the sniper who gets free rein because the spy takes down all the enemy snipers.

Yeah he should; but you get my point that this is team fortress 2 and hlstats is more relevant to css, mw3 etc although it still holds usefulness for chat logs, connection time and what not.

That doesn't mean there isn't other useful information in the stats pages. Previously used names, play time, class preferences, IP addresses, server-related stats, etc.

There's more to look at, even from a competitive standpoint, than just KDR.

I do like your idea, that would be nice. It prevents you from having to obtain their SteamID, prevents you from having to use the search function on the stats page. I'll point out that it doesn't list IPs though.

Huh, weird. I could've sworn it did. Maybe I'm thinking of GameME or something.
