So first, i don't really know if you are looking for admins on your european servers, but i'll give it a shot ^^.

Servers: GOLDRUSH | EU and GOLDRUSH | EU2

(my k/d ratio is quite low but i play medic a lot)

Time Zone: Western european time (GMT + 1)

Support: Well i don't really know any admin, but i'm sure the people that play a lot with me on the server would support me (if this is names you want, i can think of Samochka, Noobeld or Neme' for example)

Admin Experience: I used to be admin on a COD4 server and i'm currently admin on 2 Black Ops servers (even though i don't really play this game anymore)

Age: 22

Additional Information: Lately there was quite a lot of hackers or spammers on this server and it was quite annoying, that's why i applied.
Also i'm not from an english speaking country, so i'm sorry if there is any mistake in my application.

kdr means nothing in an application.
hopefully you can get some regulars from those servers to help support you

I support Alcide's application. I'm a regular player on your servers, especially Goldrush and Badwater.

About Alcide, he is a good player, as medic or demo. Fair-play and without any sign of rage. Always here when we need him and act calmly.

I think you should give him the opportuniy to administrate a server, in order to make better game conditions.

As Ruelel said, kdr means nothing, but having 13 days of connection time definitely does.
I'm not sure how many admins we have, if any, on those servers, but if you get another person or two to vouch for you, I don't see any problem with this. +1
 
I vouch for Alcide myself, with over 5days played on the server myself I know him very well. Very behaved and well mannered, which is refreshing ;)

Overall defiantly suitable for the role!
 
I think me and JD are the only EU admins, and neither of us really plays on EU servers. So it's a +1 and you seem like a nice guy too!

If want to have a fairplay without insults, cheats, rudeness and other unworthy human behavior - Alci the best nominee.
These servers really need the admin who plays often and is independent of a society and operates within the limits of the accepted rules.
