I personally think people should be able to buddha mode themselves on the awesomebox idle server. Why? People won't have a reason to cry about spawncamping, or "friendly killing". They could just be buddha and kill idles or do whatever without anyone else having to put up with the tantrums. They're not exactly bannable but no one wants to deal with them either.

I go there to level my stranges and all, and I do try to remind the enemy team that I'm a friendly, but the people trying to do the same and crying every time they get sniped or blown up with stickies take it way too far.

</redundancy> It's not as if it'd be doing any harm to anybody. Anyone who's been on the unusual trade server where everything but unusuals are traded, you know how little drama buddha mode allows. Implement this please.

You're complaining about idles being boring when the entire purpose of an idle server is for people to idle and kill idles. Why not go to a legitimate server if you want to kill actual people? Because as it stands, you're killing idles anyways.

Actual people? They are boring in one kind of map. I like to see people on idle complain about donors. Sure I complain how boring idle can be, but it's just fun to see people. We all have our opinions.
 
Idle server's purpose is nothing other than to idle. Not to farm for strange kills because you suck too much in casual servers to get actual kills. No one cares about "fair play", that's not the server's purpose. And you trying to manipulate this so you can use the server to farm strange kills i no bueno.

I could get 8500 legitimate kills on all my weps, but then again, I have other things to do with my life. I'm not the only one.
 
I personally never understood the logic of people cheating their ways to hale's own stranges. Defeats the purpose of having a killcounter when you kill idlers for it.
 
Kindof a roundabout comeback since all servers are meant for personal gain (aka enjoyment, comradery, items), but things that would the server and the community, as what you are proposing, aren't.

It's not as if there's any way to prove whether it was achieved via idlekilling or not. Everyone I've seen with a Hale's Own strange admitted to grinding idles. There's no point in trying to get something legitimately when no one's going to believe it and it'd just be faster to kill idles for it. Plus, in any legit server, people don't look at your strange kills, they tab and check your server score.

Eh my point stands, I don't use stranges for other people's benefit, I like to keep track of how many kills I get with said weapons, but even if I were doing it for showing off seems almost tainted by cheating for it. All my stranges are legit, and all future ones will be too. But, for the original point of the post, I can see how that might be annoying, but at the same rate I would probably do the same thing if I came back to my PC while I was in an idle server and someone was killing me.

This is a great example of what we DON'T want. More people when enlarged e-penises. Not only is it doing something that warrants no credit, it's something that warrants no interest or positive reinforcements. Its even more of a problem when people judge other people by their score or KDR in a TEAM BASED GAME. Who cares about people scores, who cares about the number of kills on a weapon, or who cares about numerical changes for a person. So.... yea

These types of people bug me. The reason I even own stranges and am trying to get them all to Hale's Own is just so I can rub it in these srsfaggots' faces. It's just a game, that's why having people whining about how they're being spawncamped or killed as friendly or how the stranges aren't legit is mildly irritating. My original proposition, give them buddha and stop the drama. What I would do with it has been irrelevant to the actual point yet people want to harp on about how I don't have skill or some shit. If people don't like the suggestion they don't have to sit and troll.
