Looks really impractical. Seems to be an electric chainsaw, which not only doesn't give you enough power to cut through anything, but it's going to need a pretty large battery pack if you plan on running it for more than two minutes.
Unless it's got a very small gas motor, which is also possible (can't see the other side of the thing), in which case it's still probably low power, but will probably give you better efficiency than an electric motor.
Still badass, regardless.
