Everyone has at least 2 matches since the losers of the first round get a 2nd chance in their own bracket. The winner of it has the chance to play for 3rd place.

Knockout stage tournament usually work with 16,32,64,128,256,.. and so on the best.
With 120 a few people would automaticaly be placed in the 2nd round and therefore the chances would not be even.
So lets get 13 more people and we are good to go.
