Servers hightower, mainly, sometimes I have played on the 2fort server, but not often.

Time Zone EST

Link to your stats page http://stats.skial.com/ https://stats.skial.com/#player/tf/60577013

Playing time on Skial servers. Not TF2 total. 100 hours minimum. 590 Hours

Will you get mad if you lose admin? no

How do you ban yourself for "obvious aimbot" using your own SteamID?

Please read the guide here https://www.skial.com/threads/admin-info.82/

in chat: !ban @me 0 "Obvious Aimbot" (Not sure if that zero is needed, actually, a tiny bit rusty.)
in console: sm_addban 1000 "#[U:1:60577013]" "obvious aimbot"

Anything else you feel like saying
In addition to everything I said in my
last application
Re-posting per dio's recommendation to re-create my app instead of re-bumping the old / inactive one.

The hightower server has constant micspam and other issues, as evidenced by the reports I've submitted, It'd be great to be able to help out and stop this without adding overhead of making other people review posts and respond to get action taken.

I'd like to help the community be proactive about moderation, not reactive, I can count on one hand the number of times I remember seeing someone I knew to be an admin on the hightower server, moderation here is usually not bothered with, and relies on people bothering to actually record the offense, upload it, find the steam ID, post here with it, and then await moderation, it'd be nice to have some admins who are actually online on the server often enough that sometimes these things get stopped as they happen, not needing to wait for a delay for intervention

You have an okay understanding of the rules and make a decent bit of reports, but you have a habit of disappearing anywhere from 6 months to a year without saying a word. You also do some mild votescramble spam, which is against the rules.

-1 for now

I appreciate the feedback, however I'd like to note that I don't /spam/ votescramble, I pretty much vote for scrambles when I'm on the team that is doing the stomping, or when another player tries to votescramble with the votescramble that requires chat input, I use my donator or whatever to try and facilitate better votes because most people don't bother to type in chat to vote

I looked through my logs to see if I could find any examples of myself spamming vote scramble, and the most recent event that i'd voted two times relatively close to eachother is on the 24th, once at 5:48, and once at 6:08, the one at 5:48 was my vote, and then I saw another player (Zoomer) attempting a votescramble with the !votescramble command and made it a real vote to make it easier, since their team was getting stomped if my memory serves.

It'd be nice if the scramble vote log also included the results of the votescramble, I'd say 90% of the time I call a votescramble it passes because enough of the server feels the same way

as for me being absent, you're not wrong that I disappeared for a while, but I'd honestly like some feedback on what exactly I should be doing if I did get burnt out from a game for a bit and disappeared, am I supposed to announce my departure somewhere? I certainly wouldn't call me dissapearing once for a while a "habit" either. I want to say I was gone for maybe 3 months, not 6 months to a year, unless you mean absences that would've happened a long time ago, i'm not sure if there's any stats I can check to see that since data doesn't go that far back

I have no duties to skial or anyone else, if I was an admin and people reported things, I'd have no problem jumping on to ban someone or whatever, I just got tired of playing tf2 for a bit, I think expecting anyone to never ever get burnout is a bit silly.

I mean, you never said anything that broke the rules however - there was a couple times upon looking in chat logs where I for sure wouldn't ever want an Admin saying.

Are you saying you saw an Admin who saw people rule breaking and did nothing about it? I mean that's something that you 100% should've reported. Everytime I've had an interaction with an Admin they reply in game. Not only that but my experience is they answer reports fairly fast on the forums and not only that but if you use Discord just ask for help on there and an Admin will hop on fairly quickly. I do understand it's a lot easier to just ban someone yourself and not have to go through the process of reporting and waiting however- seeming as some of your rationality for being an Admin is you see other Admins do nothing that is very much something I'd like to see proof of. Especially considering the above from your chat logs is you seeing something reportable and not reporting it.

You misunderstood what I was saying, my point was that there is effectively no moderation on the hightower server, no admins or staff that i'm aware of are regulars on hightower, nothing I said there was a criticism of existing staff and the actions they take, but rather a lack of any staff that are regulars on the specific server I most often frequent.

Re: the chat logs, I think one very important thing is discretion and using your best judgement when it comes to reports, in the case you mentioned, someone was saying nice shot, and the person said they were cheating (very clearly jokingly) in chat, and I warned him that if that was taken out of context by someone who wasn't there, he would be banned, so to not do it, relevant snippet, with more context.

the message to someone asking them to stop using something was in relation to an in-game item they were trying to sell that had a pornographic decal applied to it, which apparently according to a conversation I had in discord, is not in of itself against the rules unless it's particularly offensive, he said it was a loli sign, which in my eyes could certainly be considered pretty offensive, I regularly see admins in the appeals section say if you have an item like that, do not use it on skial, which is exactly what I told him

I don't think it makes sense to automatically report literally every single infraction you see without at least warning someone and asking them to stop first, I like to give people the benefit of the doubt that maybe they weren't aware before I bother writing a report and taking up people's time on something that could have possibly been resolved by just simply asking someone politely to stop what they're doing and telling them it's against the rules
