Guilty of: Alt account of Del Piero | Making trades with known scammer after repeated warnings
Appeal thread: http://www.skial.com/threads/scammer-tag-appeal.28133/
Appeal status: PARTIALLY DENIED (Note claiming to be Del Piero alt has been removed; tags remain for repeatedly doing business with Del Piero)
Evidence: This is a long one. Here's the evidence I've gathered:

Del Piero's main account has been offline for 41 days as of today, 9/30/12. Quite some time ago, I gave a warning to Fuck #YOLO for making trades with Del Piero. He deleted the warning I gave him from his profile and refused to talk to me, so I ignored it and tagged him as CAUTION for making repeated trades and rep posts with Del Piero.

On a whim today, I revisted Del Piero's Steam profile to see that he's not been online for a while. I couldn't believe the idea that he'd dropped out completely from the TF2 trading scene, so I looked up his backpack on TF2Items. His backpack is completely empty, save for a few worthless untradeable items. Instantly, I figured that he moved all his items to another account so he can continue his scamming racket.

So, I looked up a save state of his items from the last time he was online. Almost every single item was either scapped for metal, or traded to Fuck #YOLO's account. I was going to link to individual item histories, but TF2Items is slow to load. You can click on them, yourselves, to see that nearly every one of the weapons in his account was traded to Fuck #YOLO, and most of the metal was traded from Fuck #YOLO.

He's also been playing on our servers as recently as 9/27/12, with an IP of 184.160.33.177.
