If I am to go for a simple yes/no answer then yes, you are very much correct. I believe this would warrant a bigger discussion but it might rub off some people the wrong way and I'm not here to pick up fights, just trying to find a solution for a server.

Let me think about it. The main reason is that I'm looking through Renegade's history and he seems to pick up fights rather easily :)

Would be nice to play with the same core of players instead of changing faces every time I want a different mode.

They are to me and there is one server on the east coast that's full almost on a daily basis. Also it's the only server in all of America that's set up like that. Surely there are more than 32 TF2 players out there (in north america) that enjoy this type of thing.

The nature of my industry doesn't work with "wait until you have the time". I'm freelancing. Now I'm unemployed. In 5 minutes I can have a job for the next 2 months or 2 days. All the trust worthy people that I know are already admins other servers which they've built up loyalty to the users so...

With 32 players, no instant/fast respawn and mixed mode? (as in servers with PL, PLR, CP, CTF)

Well that's a problem then because due to the nature of my industry I can be completely free for a week and have the time or if I find a job I'd work between 14 to 16 hours a day for 6 days a week for months at a time.

Yes, that is true and many of the custom servers use the instant/fast respawn to try and get those people to come to their servers. And the other issue is that I prefer 32 man servers which again is against Valve policies for official servers. My logic into asking this for skial was this: In...
