Donator perks vanished

Hi im Dr.Taco and i really need a admins help just yesterday i donated 20 dollars to skial for 120 days or so for donator status. After waiting 30 mins i logged into the trade server us and used /hat command a few times testing it out along with my other donator perks at the time everything was working fine. Today though at about 7:30 am i got on the same server again and tried my commands now for some reason i can't use them the server keeps sayin" please donate to use that command" can a admin please help me out here im online right now.

Iv had that problem before, but this is what an admin says.

When the database is down, the server cannot check who is a donor, therefore you don't get benefits.

It will come back when the database for the perks is back up. (Atlest it did for me when last time I didnt have my perks.)

I don't know. If your perks don't come back I recommend contacting an admin about this.

While it does suck, it does happen. It doesn't happen often, but it can.

Losing connection to the database is a rare occurrence. It happens maybe 2-3 times out of thousands of users per day and rarely more than a few seconds.

If it goes down the plugin will keep trying to verify you. I checked the logs and it only happened twice yesterday.
