Cutting the introduction of it, speedboost is a massive weapon to kill runs and destabilize teams in sections meant to be slow or having precise movement (Parkour and tight sections like Ze_Crazy_Escape act 2). It hurst more than is a useful thing and ppl exploit it to grief runs, so maybe setting the value as 0 by default could be a nice way to prevent more griefing in ZE. As an idea, the value will be set as 0 and it will depend if the mapper or porter to enable the speedboost in the map (if it's possible to set it as a server config). For using an example of making speedboost unavaliable is Parkour Paradise, which is a excellent change regarding how annoying and horrible it was before with scouts using bonk frame 1 to troll ppl.
