New [ZE] Make other knives available for ZM spies

As of now, the only knife available for zombie spies is stock.
It's not clear as to why the other knives are banned, would like to know why they were banned in the first place.

wasnt the spycicle buggy or something back then. gave you some kind of perm buff? or am i thinking of something else
