Currently, demoknight is by far the most useless class in ze, and is picked quite often by new players not knowing what he can do, which isn't anything. It gets annoying when you see someone who doesn't even know they aren't doing anything helpful for the team. Hybrids and sticky tanks are also direct downgrades from demoman, as theres no point in going either of these sub classes.

Demoknight:
Suggestion 1:
-Ban using both the shield and bootlegger/booties together.
Being restricted to only melee gives a weird place in zombie escape in its current state. Banning demoknight would get rid of having people be completely useless and not drag the team down, especially in difficult maps like Santa or Pirate.

Suggestion 2:

+Give demoknight knockback and a short stun on hit.
Kind of like a home-run bat from smash bros, being able to at least defend would be another option. Although he won't have much impact for bosses, he would at least have a place in defending if you want to keep demoknight in the gamemode.

Hybrid:
+100% clip size and 25% faster firing speed on primary weapon when using a shield.

Without his stickies, hybrid isn't as strong as demoman who do have stickies. Buffing his primary weapon will give hybrids a better chance at defending.

Sticky Tank:
+50% clip size and 25% faster firing speed on secondary weapon, as well as +4 max pipebombs out when using the Bootlegger or the Ali Baba Wee Booties.

Buffing sticky tank would make him more of a sticky master, without his primary.

Zombie Demoman:
-Remove tide turner, Automatically equip the Chargin' Targe or Splendid screen to zombie demoman.

Tide turners turning abilities allows for zombie demoman to charge around corners getting way too close to humans and possibly infecting in closer hallways way easier, as well as being able to make exploit spots way easier. Automatically equipping the other shields on zombie demos would remove the need to have to switch your loadout and finding a way to die as demo.

Zombie Spy:
-Re-add the sound upon cloaking.

Having to spy-check 24/7 but then leaving a spot unchecked for even a second can cause the spy to get behind the team and ruin the entire run by spreading the infection behind human defenses, especially in way more open maps like dreamin or bowser
