I'm personally going to mark this as "Invalid".

In my mind it isn't against the rules to have a picture of Hitler as your spray.
If it also contained images of a swastika then it would certainly not be allowed.

However Hitler alone is, in my mind, just a historical figure.
Other admins, feel free to overrule me and punish if you like.

I mainly did it as a test to make sure that it was not against the rules
