Even though I'm the only one who uses the computer and there is only one account it keeps asking me for administrator permission whenever I'm trying to delete or paste files somewhere else .
Someone please help me.

Which directories is this occurring in?

If you're pasting into specific directories such as program files(x86), or program files, it will usually ask for admin permission.

It's occurring in program files(x86) but why I can't delete the files I'm not able to understand.

You can have them not appear by going to your Control Panel, Go to User Accounts, and click on "change user account control settings" . You will get a screen that looks like this

It sounds like yours is all the way at the top. I have it all the way down, but I personally recommend the second option from the top. It will remove the password prompt when you make changes, but it will still ask you for your password if apps are going to make changes.
