Why is most of the Team Fortress 2 Section filled with ban appeals?

I bring a question to the table. most of the tf2 forums are people complaining and/or asking for help about bans and problems, are skial servers really that broken or are people just stupid?

tf2 is free to play and attracts kids. Kids are very unintelligent and make bad decisions.

99% of people in ban appeals are hackers pretending nothing happened in hopes the admins will fall for it which they never do, you realize that right? Or did you just take 5 seconds to take everything those people say at face value?

Well, I'd say there is a long list of trolls that continuously seek to harass others, get in trouble and proceed to plead their case as "justified" my 2C on this topic.
