why do you get muted by slaying your self

So my friend socky got muted for slaying himself even if it isn't written on the rules to not slay your self can somebody explain me that?

Calling votes on yourself puts a cooldown time on the votemenu for everybody else which can prevent them from calling a vote on someone who's actually breaking the rules

if u wanna kill urself just type 'kill' in console or if you want to do it in style type 'explode'

• Advertising other TF2 servers.
• Reporting people that aren't breaking the rules.
• Calling random votes, even on yourself.
