Why am I banned from skial?

Why am I banned from skial?

Probably not the correct place to post this, but I just returned to TF2 after not playing in years (since 2013). Tried to join a skial Turbine server and was told I was banned with no reason why listed. I wonder what I could do to appeal this ban as I have no clue how I could've gotten it. I share an IP with my brother who also plays TF2 but both him and I have never hacked or have any VAC bans on our account, I guess it's possible that he did something to piss them off awhile ago but I just wanna play some Team Fortress on community servers rather than queueing into trash casual matches. If somebody with the power to change this could contact me that would be greatly appreciated.
