Uber in terms of competitive pokemon, means that the poke is banned from normal tournament play because it's stats are overpowered compared to the vast majority of pokes. Generally ubers are limited to legendary pokes like Diagla, Palkia, Mewtwo, Celebi, Ho-Oh, Deoxys...etc...

Honestly, Competitive pokemon is pretty much all about baton pass/flail. Not really all that fun.
